As a reminder, business plan assignment will due on 26th July 2010 while public presentation on 30th July 2010 from 10am onwards. Everyone will be given 2 minutes for the presentation.

On the other hand, our group has met up today at ICSJ - Reading room, around 11.20am.
This meeting to ensure the group project are in the correct direction. Hence, all of us has brought the materials for the product and also the paperwork to discuss on better ideas and improve on it. Besides that, this meeting has enhanced interpersonal relationship among each other. As not only Go For Green is there but as well as Greenovation, G-Force, G5-Paradise, Ennovation and also GoGreen.

Current Progress

Currently, our group has disccused on the green business plan which are the :-

1. Marketing Plan - 4p

2. Strategic Plan

- where our KPI are based on maximization of sales

CSF where our product can be modified based on customer demands

identification of SWOT analysis on the green business

3. Financial PLan

Start up cost is calculated with production of 100 units in the 1st month
